Outcome
With her explanation of work and advice she has given I was able to attempt to product photography. below is the outcome of the practice, I am proud of the outcome and will continue trying product photography.
Looking at her work for the website
Beauty: From the three works that caught my eye and understanding her process I can see the benefit from the beauty dish and having the work done in a studio.
Fashion: In the sequence of the work I noticed the moving image that spotted my eyes and it made me see a different perspective on portrait photography.
Food: having seen her method of product photography I can appreciate the little details in the Christmas tree-shaped brownie image like the shadows from the bowl and baking tray and brownie.
Product: With the work, I see in this set that the work creates direction not only through the products but the lighting.
Reflection
With all this said I found that studio work is not so scary and will continue trying it.
I found that one light at a time works.
It was also amazing to see her work because I can see the dedication and it shows in her work, for me the outcome looked like art.
- Till next time -
